Question Spam but not

Could anyone peruse these headers and maybe throw some light on why they would only warrant a -4 score please?
Many thanks

The score depends not only on the headers, but also on the body.
Besides, the "penalty points" are configurable, and the email provider could have done anything (sensible of otherwise) to tweak them..
