Runbox not Accessible (routing problems outside our network)

A small number of our customers are reporting that they cannot access the Runbox servers from their Internet provider.

It appears that there is a problem with one or more providers outside the Runbox network. Blix, Cogent and Telia are working to identify the problem but as yet there is no known cause and no estimated time for a solution.

We will post updates as we know more.

I haven't experienced any problems. I use Mediacom and my wireless mobile provider.

I can't connect from the UK via Zen Internet

Hi filbert,

Zen Internet are one of the providers who we know have a problem getting to us. We have had other customers tell us they can't access us from Zen.

It might be worth mentioning it to them so that the full scale of the problem becomes known. However, we know some ISPs have responded with the attitude that it isn't their problem.

That's true, but not really in the spirit of the Internet where all the networks have to co-operate for things to work properly.

We have been told the issue was with Telia and has now been resolved. If there are still problems please let us know.
