I have a small amount in my Namecheap Account. How can I withdraw this ? I wish to have it put in my credit card account. Thanks for any help.

A support request would be in order I think sheprd (I don't see any info about this on their website)

I doubt though that they will give refunds - most companies don't do that.

Thanks David. I appreciate your response. The reason the money is in my account is that I listed and sold a domain through namecheap and they held it for some ten days and released it for withdrawing. I didn't see any way to withdraw it except to put it in my namecheap account. Now I wish to put it back into my credit card. I will try support now and post back the results.

Hi David. You were right about letting a user withdraw funds, they don't like to I'm posting the reply from support, I had only $13.50 in my account from the sale of an unneeded domain.

Hello,
You may only withdraw funds from the earned amount if the funds are $100.00 or more. Did you earn this amount ?

Regards,
Jerry G.

sheprd: Thanks for letting us know, hopefully (if you have other domains at Namecheap) you can use the money to renew them, at the end of their current term.

Thank all of you kind responders. I remember now that I probably can only use any extra funds for future purchases

By the way, I only discovered your original post in this thread with a general Google web search. EMD Forums is spidered often and your great original question was quickly found. Hey, I sure can't remember posts I made a decade ago, so don't think I'm complaining about this question coming up again! If you think about its, it's pretty cool that you answered this question way back then, and now you and the rest of us have the benefit of your old knowledge. We have been hanging around here a very long time - I first posted here in 2004 (13 years ago).
