Talking More support for Fastmail!

https://cpbotha.net/2016/08/06/movin...l-to-fastmail/

This is an excellent account of someone moving from Gmail to Fastmail.

He could have used BlackBerry 10 for his email needs which incidentaly works absolutely flawlessly with Fastmail. There's no need for something like "ToDo" list- its native and its awesome. Just flag the emails (which sets up corresponding flag on Fastmail servers) and its done.

The search on Web and the device is brilliant.

Thats why I keep on wondering why do people really struggle with "apps". Seriously. That is totally counterproductive to work.

I have set up calendar invites and the IMAP-PUSH is near instantaneous. There's hardly any lag. I use the Desktop email for archiving and local back ups. For everything else, I use my browser and the device to get going.

Fastmail and BlackBerry 10: The best combination, ever!

The Priv and DTEK50 aren't BB10 though, they're Android.

You're right that BB10 does work flawlessly with Fastmail (my Z30 did at least), but the Priv not so much. For example, the native CalDAV and CardDAV support on the Priv is busted so you have use 3rd party apps if you want to sync those.
