The cheapest paid IMAP email service

Many people report that their accounts (google, outlook) are locked and unable to complain to get back.

I want to find a lowest priced email service to avoid account lock. Can you help me?

I don't need e2ee so Proton or Tutanota (without imap) is not very suitable.

If I buy Google One, do I have an unexpected account lock? I mean that I own that email & paid it via that email.

1 only 12 USD per year
2 unlimited domains
3 unlimited aliases
4 use fastmail as delivery gateway
5 IMAP, snappymail and squirrelmail
6 No cookies for the full site

Another vote for Purelymail at only $10 per year. Works well, but keep in mind it is a one-man operation. I've used it for several years for undemanding email and never had major problems. The owner is very responsive, even compared to much larger services.
