Can we get an idea of when urgent Support requests from last week will be addressed?
For the thousands of unanswered support requests regarding inconveniences of the new interface, it would be adequate at the moment to send your existing message referring to the new FAQ.
Would it be possible then to deal with the Support requests from last week submitted by people who have not been able to get ANY access their email at all (e.g., password resets)? This kind of support lapse is having a severe impact on people. |
