Is Support really backed up 10 days?

It appears that people have not received response to Support requests 10 days old now. I have seen a response for a 6 day old one, but it was a pat answer of no use. Does any one know the status of Support?

Of particular interest is help for people the who have not been able to get into their mail at all for nearly 2 weeks now.

Only FM knows, and they are clearly not willing to let anyone else know when support requests can realistically expect to be responded to ... sigh!

I have been uncomfortable for a long time about the lack of an emergency support phone number (use of which I would expect to be chargeable). Recent events have only increased my concerns in this area.

Those are some of the reasons why I found FM unsuitable for business or professional email service.

Personal use too. Who wants to be without access to their email for 2 weeks now? Not any of my customers, they have me switch them to other providers.

Are they blaming their troubles on "Sandy"? (Hey, why not - that makes as much sense as any of these so-called "enhancements"!)

My comments originate from personal experience long before Sandy and keeping tabs on user feedback on this forum.
