I think it's similar to InkLink, from Shockwave.com

I loved that game, but people began drawing obscene stuff and saying bad words. Too bad, it used to be a lot of fun. I'll try this one for a while.

I hate sites like that!

1st It said I had to enable flash,then said I had to enable scripts......

I just searched for the direct link to the shockwave file and it works well (W/o flash OR javascript)
