The Vacation Reply/Auto-Reply also works as a filter and works at position/priority 7. If an email is moved to a folder, or otherwise prevented from reaching filter position 7 then no auto-reply is sent.

Hi, I'm impressed by the Runbox website and it looks like you have a great email system.
My questions would not be in any way a deciding factor but I would like to ask about spam filtering for multiple users.
Could I create a Filter that applies to all email addresses for my domain name?
Or is it possible to create a Filter in one email account, export it and then import it in to each of the other email accounts?

Thanks...

So where could I enter these numbers or read the assigned numbers to new filters? I can't see a box for that on the Manager -> Filter page!

It would only apply to the aliases in the account where you ad the filter.

No, that is not possible.

Could you explain what you were hoping to do?

Just over where the filter is, there is a box for the filter order. When you save, you will see that the list of filters are ordered after the priority.

Yes I saw that, but how does that order relate to these priority numbers? Can I enter -30 say, directly? And how to display the order together with the various built-in filters described earlier?

Yes, you add edit the order by entering a value between -99 to 0 normally. You can have more than one filter at the same priority.

Personally I like to group similar filters together and I have one type in the interval -39 to -30, then another type for -29 to -20.
