Cant Access Spam Protection

I have to F/m accounts and cant access the spam protection folder it does not load.

Does anyone else have this problem ?

I check my spam folder usually at least 3 or 4 times a day, and the last time I was able to successfully check it was about 5 minutes ago with todays prior check or two also successful.

Thank you, it was my spam settings, when I clicked it nothing would load but now it seems back to normal....perhaps Rob was fiddling with the server.

I was a bit confused about the reference to the 'spam protection folder' in the thread and 'spam protection' in the thread title, but I'm glad it's all working for you now.

It was the in settings and the spam protection folder...that is what its called, its were you can adjust your spam threshold settings, at the time mine would not load in either mailbox.

My actual spam folder is working correctly.

The rest of my settings were working ok on both accounts.....its all so strange.
