Fastmail Down?

For several minutes I have unable to access my account via either the web-interace or via IMAP. Is anyone else having this problem.

From the web log in it gets stuck saying "FastMail.FM: Loading account...

Click here if you aren't redirected within a few seconds"

And from IMAP it says opening folder and just keeps saying that.

Anyone else having troulbe and no what's going on

Oh I finally got this message:

Nothing on status blog though

Webmail is working fine for me. I am located in western Canada.

Nothing on status blog though

This is odd. Pingdom did not detect a problem, so it must have been restricted to a single server, or possibly even just you if your account was in a strange state (as with a migration between servers gone wrong or something). Is all OK for you now?

Yes, it's down. Nothing yet on the status blog. Hope the people who need to be aware of this know about it!

Webmail is not working for me either - I get a similar message to BritTim....eventually. But it sits there spinning for several minutes until it spits out that error.

Oh, and just checked status.fastmail.fm - still no update.

EDIT: Of course as soon as I posted, they updated the status page.

A misconfiguration has required us to restart all our imap servers with no advance notice, so we’re in the middle of a rolling outage across all servers.

My bad.

This doesn't sting as bad as it could though. Lightning took out most of my empire of network peripherals last night totaling about $500 in damage - which is, of course, exactly what my insurance deductible is...

The jabber server is also down for about an hour, was also down yesterday for 10 minutes or so...
