rmm6 - bug report - webmail mark all read changes folders
Example;
If I have unread items in a folder other than the inbox and I use the checkbox on the header to check all emails in that folder, then use the 'read' button on the toolbar it marks the items as read, but also changes from the folder that I was in, to the Inbox. Not a biggy, but irritating and rmm5 didn't do this. |

If you have recently changed from RMM5 to 6 then you might find that clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser fixes this problem. We've heard about this a few times now. If not let us know and we can look in to it further.

I switched from RMM5 to RMM6 a few weeks ago.
I've cleared the cache a number of times since then. Its happening on multiple computers and various browsers, chrome, opera, firefox. |

OK, I am not seeing the problem myself so we will need to talk to you specifically about your account. Could you open a support ticket please?

A quick update on this for all users. We have reproduced this problem in part, and if you are a Runbox 6 user who has upgraded from Runbox 5 and always login via rmm6.runbox.com we believe you will not experience navigation problems.
Logging in via www.runbox.com can cause the issue in a variety of browsers including those on mobile devices like the iPhone and iPad. If you were never a Runbox 5 user (i.e. have a fairly recently opened account) then you should not be affected whichever page you log in to your account from. This workaround seems to resolve a number of navigation issues and not just the one mentioned in this thread. We hope to have a complete fix soon. |

We believe we have now fixed this problem. We recommend you clear your browser cache and restart the browser before checking it is fixed for yourself.
We are interested to hear if anyone still has this problem so we can check whether we have missed something. |

Yes, there is a difference between logging in at those two different URLs.
If you login at rmm6.runbox.com you always get Runbox 6 whether you account is set to use Runbox 5 or 6. If you login at www.runbox.com you are redirected to whichever version of Runbox your account is set to. If you are a newer member who has never had anything other than Runbox 6 then you were not affected. However, if you previously had a different version of Runbox and were now set to use Runbox 6 then in a number of cases, and with certain browsers, there was a problem. I hope that helps clear things up a little. |
