POP3 doesn't work!

Well, that wasn't much to go on - but if you see other threads here about ISP trouble, that may be it. Does the IP address (193.71.199.39) work in place of pop.runbox.com ?

Same thing here in Idaho. POP3 access isn't available or simply isn't working. I can't get to the URL you mentioned, Liz. However, I can get in to my account using mail2web.com.
