In spirit of my response to the other thread, I could live without:
1. Windoze 2. Internet Explorer 3. Viruses and junk email. |

I could live without headaches, cold, hunger, wet feet, alarm clocks, jobs that need me to rise early, fungus, lightning, advertising, internet explorer, boring lectures, flashlights, neologisms, Encyclopaedia Brittanica, Linux, XML, Notepad, pentium-1's, keys, bagpipe music, hair gel, elephants, Xerox, HP, McDonalds, Burger King, digital television, locks, jumpsuits, lemon juice, water-squirting flowers and the clowns that go with them, almond, sliced bread and books about 'Zen and the art of'... among others.

Same here, hadaso! We have one too, but only to kill some time with a DVD once in a while, so it's not even connected to cable TV. By choice. Huzzah

Other things: Viruses & junk e-mail — you really hit the nail on the head with that one, FMRocks. Traffic (but I can't live without my car so it's kind of a paradox for me to say this) Last edited by Chipper : 3 Nov 2005 at 11:17 PM. |

I'll be living without a computer when I head out west to ski for a season, and good ridance to it. Screw the cell phones, the computers, the blackberries, I can't wait to be unplugged and disconnected from this tech-obsessed world for a while!

1. Lies 2. Cruelty 3. Arrogance 4. Self-centeredness I can pretty much tolerate most other things in life...like operating systems, browsers, what have you |

I don't have cable tv either (we do watch movies). Now if I only I could find a way to do without traffic.
