Account refund cancellation

Hi,

I recently asked for a refund to my new FastMail account as I purchased a new domain not realising (somehow) that Google Apps is no longer free, and did not want to pay £33 just for email hosting through them. I had on reply from FastMail in 2 days about this and today I asked for my refund to be cancelled and to continue to use FastMail as my primary email provider.

I was wondering if anyone from FastMail is active on this forum and could shed any light into my situation as I'd really not like to be refunded and to loose my FastMail address.

Just update your support ticket about this issue if this hasn't already been processed, and the tech should take care of it. Or let me know your support ticket number, and I'll look into it.
