Hi pfloyd (Pink Floyd?)
No, it's not related to your 30 day trial. This error has been reported from time to time. I've never seen a specific answer but it always seems to be reported around the same time there are some server problems. Just out of curiosity, had it been a while from the time you attached the file to the time you actually sent the message? Regards, Rich |

What has been suggested earlier if such problems occur (if I'm not wrong) is to upload the document to your files area (you have 10MB space there) and then attach it from there. This seems to work without problems.

Hey. ALL: Yep. Upload a file to "Files" first [1st]; then, use the "attach from files" when you compose. Yep, it IS a time-consuming extra step, but it works....

Yes that is what I did and it worked perfectly! Someone from runbox customer services emailed me back rather quickly..One thing I can say about them is that their support system is great.
Thanks everyone |

Just to clarify, we definitly want to fix this, however we are unable to recreate it, any of us here, and we can't find any patterns as to who gets this error, and who doesn't..! We will post any news here though.

Not sure whether this helps, Liz, but I've found this behavior when I either upload a very large (say 15-20 MB) file or upload something and then leave the page open for awhile (10-20 minutes) before clicking send.

Hmm, and you don't get it consistently either then, is that right..? So far I have seen all file sizes and types affected, and to begin with, it seemed people either always got the error, or never did... But lately this has changed it appears... *boggle*
