Delete all sent messages?

In the web interface, is there a way to delete all sent messages? To empty the Sent box completely?

For example, Gmail allows me to select everything in the inbox--if I use the Select All box at the top, it selects everything in the window plus gives me the option to select everything in the entire Inbox. I can then delete everything.

I know I can delete the Runbox Spam box with one click, too. Same with emptying the Trash box.

Thanks.

How many items are in your sent messages folder?

I suppose (in theory) if you set the preferences in that folder for messages to page to 1000, you could select/delete up to 1000 messages.

Not that I have any inclination to try it myself.

I don't pay any attention to it, frankly. I probably should.

If you go to the Folder Management page and select the Sent folder and then try to Delete it, you will be warned the folder and its contents will be deleted. In fact, because it is a standard folder and is required, all that happens is that the contents are deleted.

This only applies to the Runbox standard folders. If you are using an email client and it has created another sent folder such as "Sent Messages' the folder and the contents will be deleted.

Be aware though, the contents are deleted, they do not go to Trash

If you mean you are not interested in sent messages at all, there is an option in Preferences: save sent messages Yes No.

Oh, I like to save sent messages for awhile; I just don't pay much attention to it, that's all.

It's good news that I can mass delete a system folder contents like that.
