Voicemail Service Query-Grand Central & YouMail
I read about two interesting new services in my local newspaper. I would like to know if anyone has tried these services and what do you think of them?
YouMail and Grand Central are both free (for now) online voicemail services that allow you to route calls to your cell or landline phone to their service with a number of interesting features. Some of these include the ability to stop telemarketers from leaving messages, managing voicemail online and sending via email, fun greetings, mobile messaging and more. I am trying out the beta of Grand Central, they were just bought by Google. YouMail allows instant sign up and Grand Central is by invitation only, but if you reserve a number you should receive an invite soon. With the demise of PrivatePhone, I think these are interesting and feature rich options for managing voicemail via the Internet. |
