That link is missing lots of services. If you want a comprehensive list I recommend this page: http://www.prxbx.com/email/ I disagree with their position that privacy & encrypted focused services shouldn't be hosted in the United States, but it's the most comprehensive list that I'm aware of. My vote is for LuxSci. They have been around for a long time. Very reliable. Excellent customer service. I've had a couple of accounts with them for about 8 years.

Eumx's paid offering would be worth looking at if you don't have your own domain. Although, you have others like Mx route and mr mail depending on what you have in terms of a private domain or something like that.
