Very Slow Tonight

Here in the NY Metro area, 10:41pm, FastMail is very, very slow tonight. Outlook and Outlook Express can't connect most of the time. I can reach the web interface after a long delay (1 minute or more), but response is very bad. Click "Done" after viewing a message and it can take over a minute to return to the previous screen, if it doesn't just time out altogether.

Other web sites are normal speed, but I'm wondering if it's just me, or are others seeing this.

.......

I've been playing around with Fastmail web I/F and also the discussions pages at around the same time equivalent, (14:41 in Canberra), and it doesn't seem any slower or faster than normal from my end.

It's fast for me too (Melbourne Australia). Server load is very low.

Try running FastTest (http://admin.fastem.com/fasttest.exe ) and posting the results.
