Outlook Help

Pls, can someone help me, i am receiving the follwing error report when i tried to connect mail server in my PC, when i tried into other PC its working properly. error message is

"Task 'pop3.tsa.es - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Delete the account and recreate it, copying exactly what you did in the other PC that works.

If no joy, check if any firewall or ad-blocker is blocking the connection.

Is Outlook able to recieve other POP accounts?

Outlook can receive POP accounts..I think the problem here is that there is a relay server blocking emails.
