Same problem here with my Family account:

interesting that it's down for about 30 minutes now (in the us for me as well) and only 5 posts here and no update on the status page.
There have been too many outages in the past year (at least 3) of over 30 minutes' duration. FM's regressing back to 2006 in terms of reliability. Last edited by mac'd : 10 Jul 2011 at 08:07 PM. |

Maybe Fastmail has finally died.
If they've lost all the emails then I'm in deep crap - lots of essential stuff for me in my email box. I think I'll use Yahoo in future, Fastmail is too unreliable. |

It must be a major fault as my mail is not being redirected to my back up email box...
Is fastmail only running on one sever now ? |
