According to https://github.com/tutao/tutanota/issues/630 they planned on adding the ability to import mail in the first quarter of 2020. https://www.reddit.com/r/tutanota/co...import_emails/ has a spokesman claiming they are still working on it and don't expect it to be ready for several more months.

They support a Tuanota client. I suggest you see if you can import a message by dragging and dropping a .eml file to a folder in it. If it supports that then you just need to export your yahoo mail as .eml files. There are lots of tools that should support that.

After their recent DDOS outages they are working now on offline mail. First priority.
