Becoma a Persona issuer / identity provider

https://www.persona.org/ is a distributed login system doing away with the need for site-specific passwords, where a site checks with the email provider itself for whether the browser is the owner of a certain email address.

Currently, Mozilla acts as a stand-in for that verification for email providers that haven't yet become identity providers, but it would be even distributeder if Fastmail could do it :-)
