IMAP - every day more painful than the last - Page 2

Glad to hear this positive feedback.

We think the inefficient database queries mentioned above slowed the entire system down, including the default IMAP server and Webmail.

However, in the process of replacing them we've apparently introduced code in the new IMAP server that consumes excessive CPU resources, and although this doesn't appear to affect performance directly it's causing load issues on the server end.

We hope to correct this over the weekend, after which we should finally be ready to install the new IMAP server globally.
