How do I view an e-mail in HTML format using the new interface? (My default is text)

Tick the View HTML box in (advanced) settings. Not sure how to do it for an individual message (is this possible?).

Also searching for how to do this. There used to be an option above every message allowing you to switch from text to HTML view. But i think it's gone now, and i'm wondering whether i'm missing something.

Really hoping it comes back, because it's very useful for someone who views in text by default.

(By the way, overall i'm loving the changes. Great work Fastmail.)

I can't find it anywhere. It's probably gone.

It has definitely gone. Someone from FM/Opera said so somewhere on the forum recently (hard to keep track of what's where given the current level of posting). I think of all the things that have disappeared, that's one of things I miss the most. A perfect example of removing something really useful for absolutely no justifiable reason. Why put the work in at all?

Apologies for bumping such an old thread, but is there any way of getting the "View as HTML" option for individual messages back (in the new UI)? Pretty please? I prefer plain text mode but occasionally I get emails that I need to see in HTML mode (e.g., booking/order confirmations that need to be printed or saved). I love the new interface but the lack of "View as HTML" prevents me from using it.
