Emails from Patreon?

Any Fastmail users notice NOT getting emails from Patreon? I realized I haven't gone into my Patreon account for a while, when I went in to make some changes, it wanted me to verify myself by clicking a link on an email it would send me. However, I never got an email. I checked my SPAM, I added all their email addresses to my address book and resent, etc. Nothing. Is Fastmail blacklisting them for some reason? Any other thoughts for what it could be? The Patreon "support desk" isn't all that helpful so far, just sent me a bunch of suggestions (for things I already tried).

The problem is the first step is "log in." I can't log in because it sends me an email verification of my log in which I never receive! A recursive issue.

Ever get a response/solution?

Hello. I too am a FastMail user and am experiencing the same issue. I can't be the only one. Did you ever get a solution to this problem?

Thank you!

Just to let you know, I receive Patreon emails OK. Fastmail is my email provider.

My guess would be some spam control setting on your Fastmail account. Are you utilizing sieve scripts?

Since I'm the one who started the thread... I contacted one of the people whose work I was supporting through Patreon They contacted Patreon on my behalf. The person who got in touch with me said I reported a patreon email as spam, so they stopped sending to me. 1) I don't remember ever reporting a Patreon message as spam, and 2) I didn't think Fastmail would tell them I did.

So you might want to have someone else contact Patreon on your behalf to see what's up.

I have a similar problem with other senders (I'm not registered with Patreon).

I have a theory, but don't have time right now to explain.

But, quick question to those who have this mysterious missing-emails issue... Do you have FM configured to deliver spam into your Inbox (to make it convenient to quickly review), but then temporarily move the false-positives to the spam folder, so that you can then click Not Spam for them ?

Actually, y'all can see what I'm getting at. I used to use the above strategy, but am wondering if it's backfiring on me.
