Thunderbird is an email client only and doesn't provide email accounts. You will need to ask your email provider (who the email back is from) about this. Most email providers will have some sort of limits on the number of recipients etc..

Or, your email could be marked as spam due to other policies from your email service provider, such as sending too many emails, improper DMARC settings, etc. Have you been sending unsolicited emails to people who are then reporting it as spam? That can get you blacklisted pretty quickly. It could be the content too. This is one online testing service for the spammyness of your emails.
