sports calendars

Hi. I must be drawing a blank because I can't seem to add sports team fixtures to my calendar. I could do it via my google account but would rather directly add them in. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks

Are you wanting to subscribe to a calendar or import an .ics file?

I think subscribe? I see many on stanza but can't figure out how to add them directly and not with a gmail account.

I've just had a look at Stanza, and tested downloading an event, it arrives as an .ics file. But looking at the e-mail it arrives with, I think adverts are included in the file - not something I would want.

I would consider some other source for the calendar information.

That is why I was a little apprehensive, but they have everything there.

Does your sports team have a website, that has fixtures available to download to a calendar, or are you wanting more than that?

There must be some other source of information for upcoming fixtures, otherwise how would fans/followers know when to attend?

Perhaps just create a new calendar and add the details manually . . .

They do have a couple. I'm in the US so I follow about 5-6 teams. Not all are there but no worries. I will figure it out. Thanks for the suggestion
