Is there any purpose in listing "old" email services?

i think was started in the late 90s or early 2000s
all i remember about it was it was short lived. I got an account there based off the good review I read in some computer magazine. but they went out of business.

A couple more

My old Mochamail address is still active...

It looks like Ureach is still in operation as well...

And although it's long gone, does anyone else remember Valise.com? It was my first - and everyone knows you always carry a small torch for your first.

Atmail, mail.ru, Redriffmail and Yandex were all established in the 90s and are still going.
