Junkmail detection

RB junkmail detection, puts many of my relevant emails in Junkmail folder?

Agreed, that it also detects junkmails effectively, but ...

I am using "Use trainable spam-filter " option..

Any ideas?

Are you correcting the filter using the "Report spam" and "Not spam" links when it makes a mistake?
