need help with runbox toolbar extension for firefox
Figured out the problem -- even when I closed firefox, it still had two processes not shut down, and so the new extensions never got completely installed. All is well now, although I am not actually getting alerts when I get new mail, which IMHO makes the toolbar rather pointless
