Microsoft Exchange's shared mailbox

Not sure if I am posting in right place. sorry

A month ago I have created a query to Microsoft Exchange's shared mailbox in order to list messages and their details to analyze it and for instance calculate a response time in a report/dashboard. It was working well at the beginning, but now I am struggling with error message: Sever Error
What does this message mean? Is there something I can do myself to correct it?

Is this self hosted or do you have your Exchange account hosted with a company?

What is the specific error message?

Are you using Outlook on the desktop or the web app? If the web app have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I have been fighting this same issue for a few days Exchange box died. Moved to a VM install and restored backups. Would not mount the drives. Finally found this article and fixed the problem of the esx hosts having the wrong time. Changed it rebooted and we have mail!
