FM Calendar - Default Calendar
I'm sure there used to be a setting to choose the default calendar for new events in the FM web UI.
I can't find it now. Did I just imagine this or has it been hidden/removed?   |

It's still there: Menu > Settings > Calendar > Preferences > Event Defaults > Default calendar.
