can't send emails
We can receive emails but unable to send emails. We contacted fastmail and they made some suggestions to try which did not work. I have reached out to them some 4 times for help in this matter but not an additional reply. They seem to have abandoned us. why did they do this. Now have to find another service. We have been customers with them for some 15 years.

This seems very strange. When you say you cannot send emails, do you mean you cannot send emails at all, even using the Fastmail web interface? Is this true even when using a different computer, tablet or phone? If so, the only logical explanation I can think of is that you have configured your sending identities to force use of SMTP servers other than Fastmail's
To provide any useful suggestions we need more information than 'cannot send'.. |
