how to download whole message at once

Hi, I'm a fairly new user of fastmail - so far so good - query is how to quickly download all my messages (using IMAP) and not just the headers. I use Outlook Express.

As it is, even the headers don't arrive sometimes - just a 'new messages' notice.

And yes, I've read the FAQs (am I missing one?) and I've checked the OE Options. Any suggestions please, O warm and friendly community?

In Outlook Express, click 'FastMail.FM' in the folder tree at the left. You'll see checkboxes for every folder that determines whether that folder is synchronized, and a choice of whether to download only headers, or bodies as well.

Check the box for the Inbox, and select the option to download message bodies.
