CTemplar is shutting down
...And they have given only one month notice to their users.
https://www.reddit.com/r/ctemplar/co...losing_notice/ Any thoughts? I got myself on Tutanota days ago and now reconsidering whether it will follow this trend. Looks like ProtonMail might last longer. |

That's a bummer! I never used their service, but always had a feeling they might not stay afloat for a long time, at least compared to other better-known (e.g. ProtonMail and Tutanota) secure email services.
Nonetheless, this is the primary reason I still find it hard to move the entirety of my email to these new players. There's just no telling when they might just up and leave. That being said, I'm quite hopeful ProtonMail and Tutanota will stick around. I use the former on a near daily basis. |
