<sarcasm> Probably too long ... </sarcasm>

A lot of features are poorly implemented; some requested features are not implemented yet; far too many bugs; new imap server announced severaly months ago, but still not ready;

Where else can I get a .no address?
(The only reason why I still use Runbox)

Just out of pure curiosity, why would you "need" to have a .no address? You could try epost.no, email.no and home.no.

But I doubt they will meet your needs, they basically are simple webmail / pop accounts, normally overloaded with ads.

I don't understand you zapata. You seem to constantly put-down Runbox yet you still seem to use it and have even been posting help for some questions. Why do you still use it if you don't like it?

I know you said it's because of the ".no" domain name but if you really want it that bad why not get your own? I guess individuals can't get ".no" domains but from what I've read they can get names off the "priv.no" domain. Refer to this document Domain name Policy for .no.

There are a few features that have limited functions (e.g. Address Book). But what others do you consider poor?

What "bugs" are you referring to? I think the bugs with the current IMAP server are addressed in the new IMAP server (at least the ones I've tried seem to be). Any besides the IMAP server?

As I understand it, the new IMAP server is being done by a third party. When testing turns up problems Runbox has to wait for the contractor to fix the problem and deliver an updated version. This can be a slow process depending on the nature of the problem. From my simple testing the new IMAP server seems to work fine. I'm sure that once they are comfortable with releasing the new IMAP server they will.

Regards,
Rich
