Cannot print return labels
Return labels come to me from several companies. Some I can print, but most I cannot. These labels all come to me in my Fast Mail account. Apple (of course) says it's because I am not using an Apple computer. BS. This happens to me with other companies as well. I am stuck with a $600 bill on my card because I can't get their return label to print. There must be a simple solution....
No problems with the printer, BTW. It's fine. Have tried using two different browsers. Last edited by noclue : 3 Oct 2017 at 07:57 AM. |

Try downloading the attachment that has the return label. Then look at the file type. If it is a PDF file, print it using something like Adobe Reader.

Thank you, Brit Tim. I tried that. All I get from downloading the attachment is a page of code, not a mailing label.

Is this an Amazon return label?
First, I would try opening your browser in safe mode (to ensure no extensions are causing trouble). Failing that, can you try printing the return label on someone else's computer? If you still cannot print the label, contact the vendor, explaining that you are having technical difficulties trying to print the return label, and ask them to send you a return label by post. |

Are you able to view the label on your computer screen?
If so can you then use Snipping Tool or similar to copy what is on the screen and then print that copy? |
