Signing Up Problem

I tried upgrading to "Enhanced" but the page just hangs after I clicked on final click (Upgrade/Downgrade) thing...and I did wait for 5-10 mins before concluding

Any help? not a good start for the service

Are you doing this from the standard interface (https://www.fastmail.fm) or the new one? There are still bugs in the new interface; it should work fine for most everyday use but it's best for now to do maintenance on your account in the old one.

neilji, thanks that was the problem. I was in new GUI. I logged in the old one and everything went through
