Posteo.de - How to use the Notes feature?

Hi,
Does anyone understand how to use Notes in posteo's web interface?
There isn't a save button? (the help documentation only appears to describe smartphone use?)

I think you can simply type in it and it'll be automatically saved. The list of notes displays on the left.
It does seems to be lacking features to do anything more complex.
