Zoho raised prices
Effective April 5, 2021. https://www.zoho.com/price-change-notice.html
Frankly, I find the various Zoho products/services/tiers so confusing it is a major turnoff. If a company can't explain their product/service in one web page I am very wary of using it. |

Are we sure? I read this at the bottom of that page:
Is there a grace period for someone still on free product trials and in the evaluation process now? Yes, there is. Customers who signed up (that is, registered on one of our websites) for Zoho before April 5, 2021 and are still on product trials will still have the option to purchase at the old prices as long as they complete their purchase on or before April 30, 2021. We want to honor the pricing you saw when you either signed up or started trials with us. Similarly, for all prospecting customers currently in the evaluation process and yet to purchase, we will offer the current price provided they complete their purchase on or before April 30, 2021. I hope they don't just make people pay or they can't access their account anymore. I guess I better save off the notes I have in Notebooks. How can we know if we have a free account we can continue access? |

Confirmed my free account is still accessible. No idea what they're talking about.
