Awaiting support

Is anyone else experiencing a delayed response from Runbox Support? I sent them an email 3 days ago but no response yet. Last time I needed to contact Support several months ago they replied within about 24 hours. Maybe they're just very busy, and I've now submitted a ticket in case that's a quicker way of getting a response.

If you contact us by email then you will get an auto-reply with some information about our support and also asking you to respond to the auto-reply so that your ticket is registered in our system. If you don't reply to our message we never see your email.

If you did reply to our email but didn't get a response, ask us about this in your more recent support ticket and we can look at what went wrong.

OK thanks, I did reply to the auto-reply. And the issue I emailed Support about has now been resolved.
