Inbox.com - Does Anyone Know What Is Going On ?
Hello Everyone,
I have gotten 3 different renewal notices from Inbox.com plus a cancellation email from Paypal. The renewal notices have different prices and different methodologies for renewal. I want to renew, but I do not want to make a payment in the wrong form and I cannot get a response from Inbox.com as to which of these is the correct method. I have too much email there to move elsewhere right now. Can anyone help. Does anyone know what is going on over there ? TIA |

If a service provider is not communicative and you feel in a limbo, the best thing to do is move your email elsewhere.
Luckily Gmail helps you do it seamlessly. Just create an account (if you do not have one already) and Gmail will guide you on how to import your email and contacts from your existing account. |

ReuvenNY thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, I am in the middle of an important deal and I cannot risk losing date/time stamps on my saved inbound and outbound emails. Not having gotten a direct reply from Inbox.com, I re-tried the many links in the emails notices they sent and I found a webpage that had the answer to my question. I do not know if the link was not working before or if I just did not try the right one. I would like to post a jpeg of the info in case anyone else is wondering what is up. Is there any way to attach a jpeg or pdf to these forum posts ? Or could I email or PM them to a moderator to post for me? |

The Postimage.org website has changed slightly since I made my webpage, but it is fairly easy to understand. |
