Auto purge

Does anyone know if and how the auto purge function can be configured with fastmail? Does it work with all folders or just the trashcan? AGK

I wonder if "auto purge" will be optional. The reason I ask is that I am doing a test, to see if I can can go for a month, without purging the trash. If I go on vacation (which I am thinking of doing) and ignore my email, it would be nice to know that my account can handle the volume --david

This is the feature I am waiting for most... Would be soooo useful for mailing lists/spam folder/trash, etc...

Any updates on this?

I know you don't like giving dates for features, I wouldn't either - but maybe you can give a general time frame?

Like will it be more:

* In the next 2-4 months
* This year
* Not before next year...
