Hello,

I believe Pobox is currently using the Fastmail platform. Whether or not everything is working properly or not is unknown.

I would e-mail Pobox support and find out for sure.

For reference: https://www.pobox.com/login/webmail

I really doubt that either Fastmail or Pobox will give out any info (about future plans) to individual members, before they make an official announcement.

Based on what Pobox has posted thus far, sounds like their price structure will change in the near future.

Do you think it will go up David? before the two services are totally amalgamated (into one web site) I have no clue myself but it will be interesting to see what happens.

Based on this blog post:

I think Pobox left the door open to that possibility, exactly when the price increase will happen who knows for sure.

I'm a user of both FM & Pobox, and contemplating migration.

I wonder if there are any updates for this old thread?

In general little has changed. The FM webmail/app is also used for Pobox (Mailstore account). All updates and changes in that are also applied for Pobox. I think the support desk is now integrated with Fastmail.

My suspicion is that they will keep the 3 services apart, each with its own focus
  • Fastmail: Just email, contacts calandering, etc.
  • Topicbox: Sharing teams.
  • Pobox: Forwarding.
