Fastmail Down Again And Again?
Right Now Its 1:30 In The Morning Est And Fastmail Homepage Is Down. How Many Times Have This Happened In The First Half Of This Year? I'm A Paid User And The Service I Get Is Even Not Reliable As Other Free Email Service. I Seriously Think About Giving Up Fastmail And Asking A Refund Of One Year Fee If Possible

We are not aware of any downtime recently. Any problems are always posted to http://status.fastmail.fm/, so you should always look here to see if there is a known issue. Our pingdom page is public, so you can always check here as well to see if there are any connectivity problems (they try connecting to us from dozens of servers scattered at different
locations around the world). As you can see, it's showing 100% uptime for at least the last month. If you're having problems accessing Fastmail, it's probably your ISP. Neil. |

It's most definitely down now, which I've verified from systems in Maryland and Texas.

Status blog shows that FM is aware of the issue and says it's a network problem. Let's hope it gets fixed quick!

You are not aware of an outage?
Proof:
MessagingEngine.com Server Outage IMPORTANT: Some proxies seem to incorrectly cache this page. I'm sorry, the server your email is on is currently down. We apologise for the inconvenience; any email sent to you during this time is being queued by another server and will be delivered as soon as the server is working again. Status updates about why this server is down and when it will be working again will be posted to our status blog. Please check back in a few minutes to access your email. Reported by frontend1.messagingengine.com Kinda mind boggling that you would post that. |

It'd be nice if the "representatives of Opera" would check with their colleagues before making snide comments.
