Microsoft updates Sender ID?

According to the article at http://olympics.reuters.com/newsArti...toryID=6601946, Microsoft has made some updates to Sender ID to "work better with an existing standard and have narrowed their patent application to make sure it does not cover other proposals.". These changes do not appear to be documented at the Microsoft homepage for Sender ID (http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/twc/..._senderid.mspx) - Does anyone know any of the specifics of these updates?
