Is IMAP still down?

The status wiki says it was fixed yesterday but I can't get on.

And it's driving me mad with Outlook popping up a login dialogue for that account every time I send and recieve from other accounts.

Been like this for around 24h now

Probably a routing issue since the forum hasn't lit up with indignation. Have you tried a traceroute? Type
Code:
tracert messagingengine.com
in DOS shell, if you're using XP. All round-trip times should be reported (no timeouts which report as '*'s), and ideally, under 100ms.

If you could PM me your username I can check if there's a problem with your specific account.

Is that ongoing or just the current "servers being restarted" thing?

Still Down -- 0449 EDT (US)

No success for me -- for the last hour+

I've been patiently waiting for the "patch" but it seems something else is amiss.

IMAP = down

Web Interface = down

Web interface returns:

Failed to create screen: Mailbox, Can't open config file /etc/imapd-slot708.conf at /home/mod_perl/hm/modules/Cyrus/ImapdConf.pm line 92.

Smile Back Up -- 0525 EDT (US)

Update:

Both my webmail and IMAP access seem to be back "up" and behaving normally.

Thanks FM admins for staying on this and restoring service quickly.

Thumbs down No luck here...

Webmail is still playing up at 3 p.m. here in Sweden and has been for the last 7 hours or so.
