Question Spam-filter issues

I don't know for sure why, but the trainable spam filter isn't working very well from the web interface. Everything else is working fine from the library computer I'm checking my mail from, but when I want to flag messages as spam, it can sometimes take 10 or 15 seconds of unresponsiveness before it goes through. If it helps, I was using secure.runbox.com's interface. If you need any more information, I'll be back on here in another few days.

I just tried training a spam and it only took a second or so to come back.

I think there has been times when the spam training has been slow and it seemed to correspond to the time a system backup was occurring.

Maybe it was something like that.

Let us know if you are still having the problem.

Regards,
Rich

I guess you're right Rich. Yesterday, I experienced the same lack of speed in the spam training process, just as Joseph describes. A couple of minutes later, Spam training was as fast as normal.

I had Report Spam going slow on and off today. Guess there must be something else going on.
